Your Trust Fund

Well another day is starting for me and I get to hear all of my friends bragging about them having the best life insurance policy money can buy. You see, we are all in this college course to become an insurance agent for the company we work for. We all work for a telemarketing firm that sells the best life insurance on credit cards. I remember one time when I was growing up I was pretending to do a commercial on insurance rates and how good of coverage you would get with this one company. When my mom and dad heard me, they just laughed and said keep it up.

I think that is how I got interested in insurance and of course you have to believe your company has the best life insurance in the nation. If you don’t believe in yourself, then who will believe in you. Well getting back to this college course we are taking, we are now doing role playing. One of us has to pretend to be a potential customer and the other one had to be the agent. During this play acting we were given all kinds of problems that might arise between the agent and the potential customer. We even had one student crying and was saying, but I just can’t afford to get the best life insurance. she just kept going as it being real, and the agent had to convince her maybe not getting the best life insurance, but keep in mind you do need some kind of life insurance.

I can’t believe we are going to be in this class for 3 months and then we were told the insurance test would be at least 400 questions on the test but it is done on the computer. You are allowed to miss up to 100 before the test will end. If you get up to 90 questions that are wrong, it will start beeping to let you know you are not that far from having 100 questions wrong. We were also told this test would take about 4 hours but once you start it please do not rush through it. There are a lot of trick questions in this test, so some you may have to read them over about 2 or 3 times. The one good thing about this test is that he did give us some review questions and we should study them very carefully.
