The online quote from the different groups of insurance companies was along time coming in. It took days of filling out questionnaires and answering personal questions. They might get more business if they took into account how they come off as pushy and completely unfriendly in their process to someone like me who might try to buy their product.

I realize they are selling a product. Maybe they are not so sure they want to sell to someone like me, but they should also realize there are many consumers just like me. We could help them stay in business if they treated us just a little more friendly? I am after all not going to give my business to a company I don't trust. How canyou get on a person's best side whenyou treat them like they are not wanted in the first place? It is a defeat from the start it seems to me, to treat a potential client in that manner.
